By creating an account or using Jerry you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. Who can use Jerry
You must be at least 13 to create an account. Athletes under 18 must provide a guardian email and explicit guardian consent during onboarding. Clubs and agents must be a registered organization and submit verification documents.
2. Your content
Athletes retain authority over their public profile at all times — every clip on your profile is one you approved. Collectors warrant that they have the right to film and upload the footage they contribute (public or amateur games, no copyrighted broadcasts). You grant Jerry a non-exclusive licence to host, transcode and display your content on the platform.
3. Verified clubs
Club accounts are gated on document verification. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke verification at any time. Direct messaging with athletes is only enabled for verified clubs.
4. Acceptable use
No harassment, hate speech, doxxing or attempts to circumvent verification. No unauthorized scraping of athlete data. Misuse leads to account suspension.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans (PRO, Club, Enterprise) are billed via our payment processor. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings — see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Liability
Jerry is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any specific recruitment outcome. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country of our registered office. Disputes go to the competent courts there.
