By creating an account or using Jerry you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. What Jerry is
Jerry is an AI assistant for basketball players. It helps you turn game film into highlight clips, maintain a public player page, set goals and reminders, and draft messages to camps, academies, and coaches. Jerry drafts and suggests — outbound actions like sending an email or publishing your page only happen after you approve them.
2. Who can use Jerry
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, make sure a parent or guardian knows you are using Jerry and is okay with it.
3. Your content
You stay in control of your content. Your player page is only public after you publish it, and you can make it private again at any time. When you upload or link game footage, you confirm you have the right to use it (your own recordings, your family's, or footage your club has made available to you — not copyrighted broadcasts). You grant Jerry a non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display your content so the service can work.
4. Email on your behalf
When you approve a draft, Jerry sends it from a Jerry email address with your reply address attached, and replies are routed back to you. You are responsible for the content of messages you approve. Don't use Jerry to spam, harass, or misrepresent yourself.
5. Fair use
Don't abuse the service: no attempting to access other users' data, no automated scraping, no uploading unlawful content, no impersonating other people on public pages. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. The service
Jerry is provided as-is while we build it. Features may change, and AI-generated content can be wrong — double-check important details like camp dates, deadlines, and contact addresses before acting on them. We are not an agent, scout, or recruiting service and make no promises about basketball outcomes.
7. Ending things
You can stop using Jerry and ask us to delete your account and data at any time by contacting us. We can terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
