Privacy Policy

Jerry is GDPR-compliant by design. We collect only the data necessary to operate the recruitment platform, and you can export or delete your data at any time from your account settings.
What we collect
- Account data (email, name, country, role, language).
- Athlete profile data you provide (biometrics, passports, position, club affiliation).
- Video clips uploaded by you or by Collectors who tag you.
- Analytics on profile views (visible to PRO athletes only).
- Authentication metadata and minimum logs needed for security.
How we use it
To run the service: match athletes with clubs, deliver messages, calculate XP and leaderboards, process payments and prevent abuse. We don't sell your data and we don't run ad networks.
Parental consent for minors
Athletes under 18 must provide a guardian email and explicit consent during onboarding. We won't activate the public profile of a minor without that consent on file.
Who can see your data
- Your public athlete page (if you have one) is visible to anyone with the link.
- Verified clubs can find you through search if you match their criteria.
- Messages are visible only to participants and our admin team for moderation.
- Billing data is processed by our payment processor under their own privacy terms.
Your rights
You can at any time, free of charge:
- Access and export all your data as a JSON file from your account page.
- Delete your account and have your personal data erased.
- Correct any inaccurate data from Settings.
- Withdraw consent for processing where consent is the legal basis.
Storage and retention
Data is stored in EU-based infrastructure. Account data is retained while your account is active. After deletion, residual backups are purged within 30 days.
