Jerry is built for young basketball players, so we keep data collection small and plain-spoken. This page describes what we actually collect and why.

What we collect

  • Account data: email, name, country, language, birth year.
  • Player profile data you choose to provide: position, level, height, club, bio, and the reply email used for coach correspondence.
  • Game film you upload or link, and the clips generated from it.
  • Your chats with Jerry and the goals, reminders, and drafts they produce.
  • Views of your public player page (counts and coarse origin, so you can see interest).
  • Product usage events and the minimum logs needed for security.

How we use it

To run the service: cut your clips, keep your player page, draft messages you approve, find camps and academies that fit you, and improve the product. We don't sell your data and we don't run ad networks.

AI processing

Jerry is powered by AI models. Your chats, profile, and film metadata are processed by our AI providers to generate Jerry's responses and clips. Video processing is handled by specialist video subprocessors. We share only what's needed to deliver the feature.

Young players

You must be 13 or older to use Jerry. We designed defaults for safety: your player page is private until you publish it, outbound emails only send after your explicit approval, and we recommend keeping a parent or guardian in the loop — especially for coach correspondence.

Who can see your data

  • Your public player page (once you publish it) is visible to anyone with the link.
  • Emails you approve are sent to the recipient you approved, with your reply address.
  • Nobody else — there is no directory, marketplace, or club search of player data.

Your rights

You can at any time, free of charge: access your data, correct it, ask us to delete your account and personal data, and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Email us and we'll handle it — we're building self-serve export and deletion into Settings.

Storage and retention

Data is stored in EU-based infrastructure. Account data is retained while your account is active. After deletion, residual backups are purged within 30 days.
